Abstract

Due to the requirements of the fifth generation of mobile communications in this research, dualband
operates in the first band 2.45 GHz and the second band,5.8 GHz. The purpose of the
design of filtenna is to meet the requirements of the rise of integration, small cost, high-rate
information transmission, and compact size for design by using fractal techniques. Where
sierpinski gasket fractal techniques were used in the design, the antenna particularly of filtenna
obtained with additional compact construction, zero controllable transmission, and variable
resonant frequency. The result obtained by filtenna design is bandwidth enhancement, high
efficiency, and good gains.
