Food Safety and Their Regulations to Enhance Food Quality in Uzbekistan

Abstract
The main problems disclosed in this article make it possible to assess the level of nutritional
quality of all segments of the population based on the study and analysis of sanitary norms,
rules and laws applied throughout the Republic as fundamental standards for food products
for both children and adults, in conditions of constant growing requirements for the safety
and quality of raw materials and finished products from international hygiene standards for
the food industry.
