Abstract

Amazon Prime Air, A Futuristic Delivery System For Company’s Products. The
Company Has Been Developing Multicolour Miniature Unmanned Air Vehicle (Miniature UAV)
Technology Intended To Utilize GPS To Autonomously Fly Individual Packages To Customers’
Doorsteps Within 30 Minutes Of Ordering. To Qualify For 30 Minute Delivery, The Order Must
Be Less Than Five Pounds, Which, According To Bezos, Includes 86% Of The Packages Amazon
Currently Sells. Although drones have not yet been used commercially, many corporations, like
Amazon and Google, have conducted test flights in western nations, and they are likely to become
more commonplace soon. No matter what choices businesses make, however, Indian customers'
intentions are hazy regarding adoption. This study investigates the variables influencing attitudes
toward drone delivery service,103 people were surveyed online about their interest in using drone
delivery services.
