SOME ASPECTS OF LEGAL PROVISION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY BEFORE THE LAW IN THE CONSTITUTION

Abstract

The article describes the specifics of ensuring the principle of equality of citizens before the law, the fact that all citizens in the Republic of Uzbekistan have the same rights and freedoms, equality before the law, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, religion, social origin, beliefs, personal and social status . It is also noted that in case of violation of the principle of equality, liability is established by law.
