Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the most promising new technologies that has caught the attention of both business people and academics in recent years. This technology adds a lot of value to a number of areas, including home automation, transportation, energy, and, most importantly, medical care. On the other hand, IoT-based healthcare has a number of security problems that are different from those in other fields in terms of how they are done, why they are done, and what they mean. This is because the environment is so complicated and the equipment being used is so different. This article gives an overview of the most recent Internet of Things-based security flaws that affect healthcare (IoT). In particular, we look into possible threats and flaws in the system, and we suggest a new way to group the different kinds of cyberattacks that could stop infrastructures from working as they should.
