The Relationship between Quality System Management and Innovative Organization Creating of Schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study quality system management of Schools under
Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 , 2) to study Innovation Organization
Creating of Schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 , and 3) to
study the relationship between quality system management and innovation organization of
Schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 . The sample were 144
administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were
statistically analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson
Product moment correlation coefficient.
The results of research were as follows: 1) Quality system management of schools under
Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in Overall and each aspect were at a high
level, ranking in descending order as follows: performance results, staff focus, student and
stakeholder focus, strategic planning, measurement analysis and knowledge management,
process management and leadership, 2) Creating innovation organization of schools under
Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as a whole and each aspect were at a high
level , ranking in descending order as follows: appropriate organizational structure, creative
raising climate, beyond the steady state, key individual, high- involvement innovation, shared
vision, leadership and the will to innovate, boundary spanning and learning exchange and
effective teamwork, and 3) Quality system management and innovative organization creating of
schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were correlated with
statistical significance at the .01 level.
