Steady state analysis of a batch arrival heterogeneous two server queue with breakdown, restricted admissibility, Discouraged arrivals

Abstract
The content is a Markovian two server queue with each server has it own negative
exponenetial service time distribution. The customer arrives in batches of variable size
follows compound Poisson process. In addition there is a restriction on admission of batches.
Also the arrivals may discouraged and leave the system. During busy period or busy mode
the system may breakdown, immediately the system undergoes repair. Time independent
solution is obtained using probability generating function. Some performance measures are
calculated and performance of the system is evaluated using control chart analysis. Some
