Resumen

Digitalization of HRM is a rapidly changing process and new technologies are emerging that are reshaping HRM in the organization, which could bring new possibilities for improvement of the employee experience and organization effectiveness. The use of Digital Human Resource (HR) practices like e-recruitment, virtual employee induction, self-service human resource portals, HR analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) employee support systems, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and performance management solutions now dominates the management of the present workplaces. In this study, the role of digital HR practices in the modern organizations and its impact on employee experience will be the focus. The paper examines the impact and role of HR processes that are aided by technology on employee engagement, job satisfaction, communication, learning and development, workplace flexibility and engagement with the organization.

The research is done in a review of literature—synthesis approach by synthesizing already available literature about digital transformation in HR management and Employee experience. This research indicates that the digitalization of HR practices has a huge impact on increasing the accessibility, transparency, efficiency and responsiveness of HR services. Personalization of the interaction, a streamlined decision-making process, seamless communication lines and work-based information control are all advantages for employees. In addition, digital solutions allow for ongoing learning and education, long-distance collaboration and data-driven performance tracking, which increases employee productivity and motivation. If not addressed properly, however, technological resistance, privacy issues, digital skill deficiencies and relying too heavily on automated systems could hinder the success of digital HR initiatives.

In conclusion, the study reveals that there is a need to balance between technology and human centred management approaches in order to successfully implement digital HR practices. Businesses that invest smartly in digital HR solutions, while ensuring both employee well-being and inclusiveness, are more likely to foster positive employee experiences and have sustainable organizational impact. HR practitioners, managers, and academia can gain from the insights offered by the paper regarding the changing experience of digitalization in organizations today.
