Abstract
The article presents the results of the research on determining the optimal mode of environmentally pure electrotechnological effect parameters for the purpose of increasing the level of fertility, cleaning from harmful microorganisms that cause diseases, and treating it in anolyte, catholyte, i.e. acidic, alkaline environments and ultraviolet light before planting saxaul seeds in the greening of the bottom of the Aral sea.
