Abstract
India developing at a fast rate with tremendous potential to become
superpower. However, health industry still ranks 145 among 196 countries. We have
totally unorganized private health sector and untrusted public health sector. There are
so many great policies implemented by the government, but the reach of the government
to the community is very poor when it comes to health care, especially in rural areas.
Neither government, public, private hospitals nor patients getting benefits because it
needs reform and redesigning. In order to make a system where the public and private
health sectors can work together, we have to create a channeled system through which
the government can implement new policies and be in total control of the health
system. According to my opinion, the use of telemedicine service in PHC centers at a low
cost by private practitioners and the use of the same free service by public medical doctors
will change the paradigm of the health sector in general. There are details in my project
which describe how this approach is intended to create a combined environment where
everyone will benefit from combined cost-effective, cooperative methods in order to
achieve their goal
