Abstract

After the globalization of Indian economy in 1991 the media transmission segment stayed
one of the most happening division in India. As jobs in today’s dynamic organizations have
become more complex there is a need to introduce much better techniques and courses to
solve the problems of Labourer. Problem solving seeks a relatively permanent change in
Labourer so that they can improve upon their performance in their jobs. With the level of
stress they may not be able to work properly and the stress is due to the problems not been
solved by their superiors. The most important asset that any organization has is its people.
Each department should try to avoid the problems, as these are the problems, which cause
grievances.
