On the Question of the Translation of Uzbek Literature into Russian

Abstract

This article describes the characteristics of the translation system in Uzbekistan in the 20-30s.
And also the problems of adequate translation in the context of preserving the national
identity of the people and the individual style of the writer in the process of translation from
Uzbek into Russian are considered. Violation of the basic principles of translation of a
literary text leads to the destruction of the quality of the translation, to an incorrect transfer of
the features of the national picture of the world, to a change in one of the most important
components of a work of art - the individual style of the author, where it is necessary to take
into account the stylistic dominants of the writer and the literary text.
