Diabetic disease may be a major reason behind vision defect in World and remains one in all
the foremost serious complications of Diabetes Mellitus Retinopathy is that the ocular
complication of polygenic disease that almost all typically results in impaired vision. The
longer patient have diabetes and the less controlled their blood sugar is, the more likely they
were to develop this eye complication. It remains a public ill health to form certain that every
patient is treated at the best time within the development of the attention illness, many forms
of screening programs are designed throughout the globe to satisfy this downside. But
unfortunately, although current treatments of diabetic retinopathy can reduce vision loss, they
can only slowdown but cannot stop the degradation of the retina, and even Patients require
repeated treatment to protect their sight. These treatments also have significant side
effects.this diabetic retinopathy which is commonly referred to as DR is still a threatening
disease for the diabetic patients and senior citizens which should be prevented or to get treated
in early stages. In this work, for the first time, the diabetic retinopathy is diagnosed by noninvasive
procedure (Processing diabetic messidor images) and thus hereby identifing the best
feature selection algorithm with the software known as WEKA that provides high accuracy
for classifying DR and healthy eye. This provides the detailed result of the patient who has the
