Engaging Students in Learning through Game Based Visual Clips in Online Lectures through Tool Generated by Hci

Resumen
In the covid-19 crisis, Online teaching and learning is been a part of our life. The mode of
learning in schools, colleges, and universities across the globe have adopted online due to the
pandemic situation. As Online classes have become the major mode of learning to engage
student from not becoming boring is the major responsibility of the management and
teachers. Here, the teachers’ responsibility is more in keeping the students engaged and
motivated. The paper mainly studies the challenges faced during the online classes and some
steps are discussed to rectify them. The paper proposes a game-based learning (GL) with
moral visual clips in the middle of the class within a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
This theory enhances the quality of learning with moral values among the student. Also, it
helps in effective and active learning by engaging the students with games-based learning,
video clipping and some moral shorts in middle of the online classes. The results produce a
steeping enhancement of students are determined by a learning curve when using the Gamebased
visual theory in lectures.
