Estimating the Reliability of the Triple Modular Redundancy system Using Rayleigh and Pareto Distribution

Resumen

In this paper the system reliability of triple modular redundancy (TMR) system using
Rayleigh and Pareto distribution is derived. The estimation of the reliability of triple modular
redundancy system is performed using maximum likelihood estimation and the numerical
values are done by matlab. The TMR system can be used for longer lifetime and higher
safety. The risks of sudden failures and economic losses will be decreased by using this
method.
